		<description>Jack, I&#039;m pretty sure that all that I had to do was the start the bluetooth services (they are not running by default).

Start bluetooth after plugging the dongle with @sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth start@

You should then be able to see the bluetooth device with @sudo hciconfig@</description>
